Misty tendrils of smoke
rolling...
creeping...
gliding...
across reality
Until...
The Wind shifts
and Reality alters
to fit the new.
For Mr. Cook's final I started researching Modernist poetry and found a subset within that group called Imagisim. While reading some of that poetry I noticed how similar some it was to haikus. Turns out that early imagists looked to haikus as the inspiration for their style of work. So this blog contains many of the haikus that might have been read by early imagists, some imagisim poetry along with some of my own original photos to go along with the poems. Enjoy!
